Our Front Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, guest services, and office management.
Manage and organize incoming calls and emails Answer guest questions about the hotel and area Communicate with other departments regarding issues Cover shifts when needed Assist with other administrative tasks as needed by management Manage guest reservations for Hampton Inn Manage office supplies, such as pens, paper, etc.
Maintain office equipment (i.
