Responsible for circulating through an assigned area of the casino floor along with other team members to monitor guest service; handle all guest questions, problems, and requests in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfacation, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
Ensure all guest-related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance with departmental standards.
Handle the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots.
Answer questions related to slot machines as well as general property information.
Promote features of the Slot Player's Club and assist in Slot promotions, as required.
Sign up guests into the Slot Player's Club.
Investigate and resolve issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems.
Exchange large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of guests.
Assist with additional technical and service issues, as required.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.

High School Diploma/GED; 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in Casino or Hospitality industry preferred.
Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as manuals.
Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Basic computer knowledge.
Must qualify for any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
